LegWorks Product: All-Terrain Knee
Rajesh is a 54-year-old farmer who suffered an injury from a cane knife, a device similar to a machete, that resulted in an above-knee amputation. For several years, he attempted to farm with a prosthesis that had no locking capabilities in the knee, and therefore, was very unstable. In 2018, Rajesh received an All-Terrain Knee which changed his life. Within twenty minutes of fitting the knee, he was walking around the hospital, excited to get back to work. The stability of the All-Terrain Knee allowed Rajesh to continue to support his family by returning to work in a rugged farming environment.
