Ibrahim is an above-knee amputee who runs his own company transporting cattle from Ghana to surrounding countries. During one of these trips, he was involved in a serious car accident. The head-on collision killed all of his cattle, and he sustained injuries so severe that he lost his leg. Because he lost the profit that the cattle would have generated, Ibrahim was not able to afford a prosthetic leg.
